I just grabbed lunch here recently, so it’s fresh in my mind, and the service was really quick. I ordered expecting a bit of a wait, but the staff had everything moving fast and my food was ready before I had even settled in for long. Definitely a nice spot when you’re short on time.

I ordered lunch from soupersalad.com and, unless I’m forgetting something, everything was exactly how I picked it. The dressing wasn’t missing, the soup was the right one, the salad toppings were all there, and even the extra bread made it in the bag. I’ve definitely had online orders go wrong before, so I was kind of expecting at least one little mistake, but nope. Simple order, I guess, but they got it right.

I stopped in for lunch and was impressed with how clean the dining area was. The tables looked freshly wiped, there weren’t crumbs or sticky spots anywhere, and the floors were in great shape even around the drink station. It just made the whole meal feel more comfortable and taken care of.

The food is fine, nothing really to complain about there, but getting to one of their locations is such a hassle. The ones near me aren’t convenient at all, and I’m not trying to spend forever driving just for a quick meal. Most of the time I just get annoyed and go somewhere closer...

I had the soup and… it was better than I expected. The flavor was really nice, not overly salty or anything, and it actually tasted fresh. Simple, but it totally hit the spot. I’d definitely order it again

I ordered from Souper Salad and was actually impressed with how much food I got. The salad bowl was filled up nicely, not one of those sad portions that only looks big in the pictures (you know the type).
The soup was a solid size too, definitely enough for lunch, and I even had a little left over. Everything felt fair for what I paid, which I always appreciate.

I got my order to go and, to be fair, most of the packaging was actually good. The soup stayed warm and the salad didn’t turn into a soggy mess, which I appreciated. But one of the lids was loose, and that’s really on whoever packed it. Luckily it didn’t spill everywhere, but it easily could have, and that would’ve been completely avoidable.

The bathroom really needed a good clean, it was unpleasant. On top of that, the constant reminders felt way too aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying

I've been here a few times now, it's kind of hit or miss. Some days everything tastes fresh and good, but other times the soups are barely warm and the salad bar looks like it's been sitting out too long. I just wish it was a little more consistent.
